Seems strange that they would equip engines with different carbs. Maybe not.....
Perhaps they found out, as suggested in the above reply, that the 11.1 mm venturi was too large (my first engine bought last summer) vs the 9.53 venturi on the engine I bought 2 weeks ago so they downsized it. Oh well, I guess that's what you get from Chinese manufacturers.
Could be they just put on anything close that they get the best price on.
