I've had a couple of these planes and will probably make sure I always have one around. No I haven't had an issue with the belly pan fitting the wing. Will it fit better with a little sanding to make it fit better? If it's way off, just contact Tower (call and ask for cust. serv.). I'm sure they'll send you another one. I had an issue with badly warped ailerons on my last one and they immediately sent replacements. Their customer service is excellent. You'll love the Kaos, it's a great flying plane!
