I had some trouble with the wing pan on my Kaos. I really thought it was made wrong. But it fit perfectly when I finally figured it out.

Bolt the wing into place and try to fit it that way and mark where it goes. It is just a little tricky to get it just right. I did no sanding or trimming on the assembly.

I do remember using 5 minute epoxy to attach it to the wing. And I clamped it while the glue set.
