that is odd. for the horse power ratings, i wouldn't worry about those. 99% of all manufacturer hp ratings are swollen up alot. the rpm are within 1000 of each other, which you wouldn't be able to tell unless you were using an x-dyno, so that is no big deal. when the a motor has less ports, like the truggy version you have, they generally shine on the low end of the rpm scale, and seem torqy. the higher port number like the one on the ofna site is actually a 7 port motor plus 2 bypass ports. the higher port motors will generally hae a little bit of a stronger top end when compared to the lower port motors. seeing as the truggy version is made to pull a big, heavy truggy out of corners, it makes sense to have it torqy. neither will be a bad motor though, as the picco p3 is an absolute animal.
