RE: SYSSA 30CC GAS MADE IN USA
I was told three months, I got it in about 3 months...
Our personal discussions about the brand-new status of the engine and the business told me that my money was part of an investment in us all having an American engine supplier.
The twin will be nice, but I want the triple 90CC in radial configuration. It'll be big bucks and I'll shell that out a year in advance if that's what it takes. Seems I have a 27% Waco project coming which will need a good 80CCs to power it correctly.... Ohhh, yeah.
The twin and whatever comes after that are simply the progression of the company. You have to stay active and moving forward top stay alive in this world market.
Personally I think that a 60CC twin would be too close to the displacement size of the dozens of single cylinder 50CC engines on the market today. There are a ton of 50CC engines....CHEAP.... As for the twins, I don't think the market for those would be as lucrative as that of a triple. Guys go nuts for radial engines, and there are not too many offerings out there for the mid-sized radial applications. They're either super-complex 4-strokes and super-expensive or they're not offered...
I'd be interested.
I think that we all knew these engines were going to be a while coming, I can't believe you're actually getting all worked up over this. Nothing in this thread was ever written to lead anybody to believe the engines would be coming out really quickly. Quite the opposite, in fact. The growing pains were a foregone conclusion and we were not disappointed in that. But they have been coming out, a little faster all the time, and the quality is beyond reproach so far.
Todd is just like us. He deserves his Holidays with his family, let's not ruin it for him.
Happy Holidays to US ALL!
