Default RE: 25cc toro on telemaster

OK, here is how I "FOAMED" the TELE. with covering already in place. I cut heavy cardboard on a table saw to the exact dimensions and cut stiff composite flooring that I had left over (mostly cut-off's from one of my projects). After locating the cardboard I temporarily held things in place with rubber straps which allowed me to move the floring strips to cover where I thought they might be needed, and then used masking tape to make it strong. On the TELE, I injected foam in three locations, about six inches from front and back and in the middle. I left the holes open in case I got to much in. If you are planning on installing servo's in the back as was my case, I used a tube from a roll of covering which I installed prior to foaming down the approximate center of the fuselage which extends through the back bulkhead and left it about two inches into the open area. My first experience was with a ULTRA STICK 120 with a "RYOBI" and I had to remove some covering and trim off the excess foam. If you want to foam before covering, use the same set-up, but cover the cardboard with wax paper prior to installationt. It is my experience that one can of foam would fill at least 5 airplanes. So, if you clean out the tube after usage, you can reuse for the next plane, or fill cracks around the house or shop. Good Luck Flathead
