You need to remove the upper blade assembly first. This is accomplished by removing the battery tray, then the lower gear. The whole assembly will slide up and out.After thatpop offthe clips that attach the swashplate to the lower blades.Then remove the lower blades. .Lossen the 4 srews that hold the lower post and it will slide up and out.When you reassemble be sure to line up the holes in the outtershaft with the upper screws in thelower post.Also when you reattach the lower gear be sure to line up the holes in the mounting collar with the flat spot on the inner shaft.
