Like FLAPhappy said, as long as the wing tube is in place, the dowels and bolts will hold the wing halves together. It doesn't make much difference which plane it is.

That said, if your plane is designed to have a wing joiner glued in place, then you MUST glue the wing joiner in place.

This is not an easy method of CREATING a two-piece wing, it is a simple way to hold an existing two-piece wing together.
