Rcnats - I have built the Regal Eagle in both the pusher and tractor configurations and recommend the tractor configuration. If you use a well-designed inlet duct and a properly sized exhaust duct, the performance is better. It also stays a *lot* cleaner inside the fuselage without the Byron grease sprayer setup. BTW, I have regularly flown either configuration off a 400' grass field.
