Just my opinion, but make sure the shop can be isolated from the house and secured. It took quite awhile to train the 5 yo granddaughter that the shop is a dangerous place. Too many sharp things, chemicals, heavy equipment and so on. She now helps keep the 3 yo out. I keep it locked all the time they are visiting.
