RE: 2010 RCPRO Warbird Racing Schedule
I would say ElDorado would be a great place to race.
I have been to 2 USRA races on a lake bed and I like it. Yes it can be a bit dusty. But the advantages are enormous. With 2.4. if the race promoter allows, there can be more tolerance for planes in the air simultaneously. Like I said if the promoter allows.
There are no restrictions to noise, time limits or runway space. We can race all day. Dead sticks are non-issues. Wind is a non-issue.
We even did some nite flying at Rabbit last year, even RC Car Drag racing, and actually got to camp right on the lake bed in trailers, fifth wheels and big motorhomes. It was like a circus of activity.
The fellowship was awesome to say the least.
Where ever the race is, it will be a great race.
Id like to know if we could bring motorhomes and camp out right there? (If it pans out to this location)
