You aren't buying the 6200 for the channel capacity, you buy it for the extended range and reception it gets you.
The AR 500 is a full range receiver and never had any problems with it, he is looking for a receiver to go in a cub not a pattern aircraft.

You aren't buying the 6200 for the channel capacity, you buy it for the extended range and reception it gets you. I use the 6200 in all planes above Foamy Park flyer sized and have never had an issue. I have seen some that decided to use a 6100 in a Balsa model lose it. I think the extra $20 is worth it for the safety factor. <u>The AR 500 is another good choice for Balsas</u> that are not Aerobats but it won't save you much if any money vs. the 6200.
