Hello, newby here.

As one of my xmas presents i got a flycamone2, and i havent been able to get the software to download!

Ive gone to numerous websites, and tried to download it. i think i have the special one with the "a" or the weird letter on the back of the lense head.

when i try to download it i get pretty far then this pops up "device can not be intialized"
is there a number i can call?

all the software ive found is like a reinstall?
