It's an American R/C Revolution available from Tower Hobbies in the late 70s. The company was in an aircraft hangar and went out of business when the hangar got hit by a full scale plane.

Tower Hobbies sold them in red and blue.

It might be worth restoring for display but I wouldn't try to fly it. Parts are not available unless you find another one like that and they never flew very well to begin with. As for changing the head etc you're just better off getting a modern design if you want to learn to fly then get back to that one later.
EBay would probably fetch a few bucks from a collector, heck I wouldn't mind having it for that matter
