I use my DX6i but do have a stock TX I take if I am going somewhere and do not want to tote a lot of different stuff. To this point I have not used the stock TX. The DX6i has a lot of features the stock TX does not. The only reason I have the stock one is they do not make a BNF for the tandem yet and it came with it. I have all the Eflite Micro helicopters, standard MCX, MCX S300, MSR and the tandem.
