It's a lot easier to do it museum style. Use black foamcor, cut the size you want for the info, print on a white paper leaving 1/4 to 1/2 inch border and spay glue it in place. Very simple, fast and looks neat. To stand it up, simply put a pin at the bottom rear, or prop it against the track.
