Sounds like a good idea

The DLE stock is about 39 oz I believe.. not sure what the 55 weighs but some people might even pay more for what they need in the smaller package

I'm not that inconvenienced by the DLE30 tilt issue so it not worth dismantling a perfect aircraft[8D]

Sounds like a lower idle too with the conversion

I've idled mine on the bench ( in stock form ) for 4 minutes straight and it snapped to the same as always

I didn't put a tach on the idle but my 10lb aerobatic floater lands fine with a 19/8
