Something is loose inside the muffler and as a result it is blowing a rather dark aluminum colored stuff along with the oil residue. I removed the muffler and two washer like items dropped out. NO the gunk is not from the engine. I ran it on another ST75 that I have and it blew the same colored gunk over the wing.

W8 I can see nothing to calapse. Looking in the exhaust outlet I can see what must be the baffle. If I remove the pop rivet will this allow the baffle to be removed ?
