You don't have to rebind the MSR or MCX each time with a DX transmitter. They support multiple helicopters / planes. You just have to select which one when you turn on your transmitter, and you are all set to go. My DX7 supports up to 20 birds. I have 5 helicopters (MCX, MSR, CPP2, 2 x HK450) and one plane (GWS eStarter) on it. Lots of room to grow.
