The 20 and 28cc Rc Aero engines are very nice running units and weight the same but for your application the 28 would be the smart choice. If mounted properly and used with a balanced prop you should have no out of the ordinary vibration problems. Just ensure that your 90 size model will provide sufficient ground clearance from the landing gear to accomodate the 16-18" props either engine will require.
