Yes you will. Remember the settings. For the LP5DSM transmitter (from another post):

1 - Aero(off) Heli(on)
Heli - 6ch becomes extra AIL,
Aero - 6ch becomes pitch
which need extra mod to use properly,
but I don't think I need to modify that
because most of new helis use CCPM instead)
2 - CCPM (For Heli, using ch6)
3 - ELE->RUD mix (For Aero, only work either 3 or 4, not both)
4 - ELE->AIL mix (For Aero, only work either 3 or 4, not both)
5 - THR Reverse
6 - AIL Reverse
7 - ELE Reverse
8 - RUD Reverse
9 - 5ch Reverse
10 - 6ch Reverse
