I here about microballoons...what are they and can you get them other than at the hobby shop?
Can I just use epoxy only?
You can use just epoxy, depending on how big the gap is you have to fill. If it`s too big then you will have to thicken it with microballoons.
The method i use to do this type of thing is to wrap a piece of masking tape around the drill bit (much better grip) and do it by hand where you can see it from both sides.
