It is rated for 3W at 15V voltage, meaning that at 7.4V it won't probably be louder than the stock heng long sound.
Anyway, if you want to give it a try, hook it up at the battery directly and feed it with the FX out wire from the volume regulator connector, trying to keep the wires as short as possible to reduce motor interference.
