The starter i am using is a Hobbico TorqMaster 180 which started the plane fine before. Also the battery is fully charged
Your starter battery must also supply the amperage to run the starter under a heavy load. The crappy sealed hobby batteries just don't cut it as far as I'm concerned. Stay away from them, I use a large lawn tractor battery to power my starter. I have no problem cranking small gassers (30cc and less) with a standard sullivan starter.
I don't matter if you are using a dynatron, without enough amps behind it, it will stall and smoke also.
