Sounds like this is an electric plane ?


The tone is from the ESC. Turn on Tx now
lower the throttle stick and trim all the way
down.

Now plug in the planes battery, should hear
one beep. Next raise the throttle stick to full
power (up), should hear another beep.
Now lower the trottle all the way again, you should
here a number of beeps . 3 beeps for a 3 cell battery
4 beeps for a 4 cell etc..

Now the ESC is armed and the prop will spin when
throttle stick is raised.
