RE: hinge glue
I have used epoxy and gorilla glue. I still have some Pacer on hand but when I have a hinge hole that has wobbled out and has any slop in it from all my test fitting I use the Gorilla glue. I use a bit of oil on the metal part of my hinge to help keep any of the glue from getting in there and binding. Gorilla glue expands and fills in the slop and really grabs the pins or flat hinge. I do go out to the shop every few hours and wipe off any of the glue that expands out of the hole or slot. It works but I still pick up Pacer when I see any on the shelf.
