Thanks for the link to that post. I'll have to tear into it sometime this weekend to actually see what's going on. We've got a foot of snow on the ground right now. Hopefuly that will be gone or it's time for hot laps in the garage to diagnose.

On the forward / reverse problem, Adjusting the trim knob will eventually send it forward without touching the throttle, but it won't send it backwards. But, if I use the reverse switch on the transmitter, it will send it into reverse, but not forward. I don't know if it's the receiver or the transmitter at this point. Weird...
