ORIGINAL: Nitrohorse

I got a FS110R string trimmer for $10.00 from our local lawn mower shop. I came home with it and set it aside. Last weekend I decided to see if it started and it did without much coaxing and ran like a champ. Long story short, the crankshaft is barely as long as the flywheel which makes it useless for a conversion engine.
Yeah, the crankshaft is short, but it can be done The crankshafts for the Honda and Subaru/Robin/Fujis aren't much better but again they can and have been done. If nothing else you got yourself a heck of a weed whacker for $10
