My front Oleo is also leaking (not finished the build yet) but i don't think it will be a problem. Anyone that can build such a model, should be able to take them apart and re-seat/replace the seals.
If there is a seal kit available, please let me know

Mine kept leaking which is why I just swapped to Sandor's gear. What you need to keep an eye on is that when the nose gear slowly leaks, it gets harder and harder to get the model off the ground! Before I switch to Sandor's gear I had SM send me some replacement o-rings.
