Back in those days the Japanese were just coping what the saw the Americans and French made work,,
That looks like a Noc-off and Modified version of a mid 20's Dewoitine, the French where the kings of Parasol Birds

Boy you found a tough one,,, can't find much on the plane, but dug around to find info on the Operator

TKG/Osaka op by NKKK (Japan Air Transport Company) was later named Japan Air Lines

Dai Nippon Koku Kabushiki Kaisha also,(DNKKK) there are refernces to them becoming JAL
and
Nihon Koku Kabushiki Kaisha (N.K.K.K.)

Most likely the same entity
Both were civilian pre war Japaneese transport companies
