OK.  I answered my own dumb question about the second servo.  My swash plate was definately unlevel.  I did come up with a good trick though.  I disassembled the heli to remove the body and re-attached the lower blades.  I then used a spare (new) B400 flybar and balanced that on my CX3 swash plate with the blade pointed both foward/aft and side/side.   I would make an adjustment to the servo arms, move the stick all around on the DX6i, and remeasure.  More to follow....
