The CX, CX-2 and CX-3 and mCX (I have all four) function like airplanes, not collective pitch helicopters.
Right-left stick is aileron, fore and aft is elevator.
There is no collective.
Nor a need to set up any helicopter mode on the transmitter.
A level swash plate, and the subtrims at zero should be all that anyone needs to fly these things.
