Default Stab angle on a Tiporarie Pattern plane
Pipe location did not determine the stab location on the Tipo. Whether or not the stab was joined with anhedral decided the location. The Dick Hanson kit has both locations marked on the fuse in the Tipo+ kit. I don't know if he marked both locations on the original fuse.
