I guess that's possible. The "mixing" could be in the module. I've never seen that brand so I have no idea how hard it would be to find a different module. I definitely wouldn't spend any money on it.

I'd either toss it and cut my loss at $10 or advertise it in the RCU marketplace and see if someone wants it. Individual ads are free so it only costs your time to post the ad.
