We are talking about a Multiplex EasyStar right?

The wing tube is carbon fiber already.. no need to replace it.

There is a slot inside the body you can put a stick of 5mm CF tubing in.. It helps stiffen the fuselage.

Over on RCGroups there is a 100+ page post on EasyStar builds and mods.
