I doubt that will be fully successful. Clearly the washers supplied on the back side are too thin, I thought that immediately, and so-called ''lock washers'' do nothing positive. I am due to get my EF Extra this week, and my plan is to pin the big end of the standoffs and make an aluminum washer that looks like the big end of the standoffs that accepts the pin. The tapered washer also has a ''tube'' that is just shorter than the wood bulkhead thickness to control the amount of crush of the plywood, and have a metal to metal compressed length. This way I can use a Nordlock under the head of the socket head cap screw on each end. Here are a few Solidworks models I made to show how I am going to do it with a .062 roll pin.
FWIW, I am using blue Loctite and NO washers and have not had the bolts loosen yet. Maybe it's the isolator mount, I dunno.

I'm keeping an eye on them, and if they do loosen I will try the Nordlock washers.
