I am seeing two maintenance issues on my Sceadu .30.
1. The tail belt pulleys are getting loaded up with rubber deposits from the belt. If you don't clean out the teeth from time to time, the belt won't run smoothly. Obviously the belt is loosing some rubber too, and will wear out eventually. Is this normal, or do I have a problem?
--Note: I have the GY401/9253 set up for full travel and my Sceadu has MASSIVE tail rotor authority. I admit to being fond of blistering fast piros that end in a sudden stop.

Perhaps the wear I am experiencing is normal under these circumstanses?
--Any advice on a good test for the proper belt tension?
2. After each flight, I notice white plastic dust from my main gear is deposited on the frames near the tail pulley gear. Altech says this may be normal wear and tear, but it worries me. Is this normal?
--Note: The gear mesh is not adjustable and I have tried flipping the bearing blocks 180 degrees, with no change. The deposits are present even after mild hovering flights.
--Perhaps I have a defective (soft) main gear?
Thanks for the help.
