Normal Wear or Problem?

I am seeing two maintenance issues on my Sceadu .30.
1. The tail belt pulleys are getting loaded up with rubber deposits from the belt. If you don't clean out the teeth from time to time, the belt won't run smoothly. Obviously the belt is loosing some rubber too, and will wear out eventually. Is this normal, or do I have a problem?
--Note: I have the GY401/9253 set up for full travel and my Sceadu has MASSIVE tail rotor authority. I admit to being fond of blistering fast piros that end in a sudden stop.
Perhaps the wear I am experiencing is normal under these circumstanses?
--Any advice on a good test for the proper belt tension?
2. After each flight, I notice white plastic dust from my main gear is deposited on the frames near the tail pulley gear. Altech says this may be normal wear and tear, but it worries me. Is this normal?
--Note: The gear mesh is not adjustable and I have tried flipping the bearing blocks 180 degrees, with no change. The deposits are present even after mild hovering flights.
--Perhaps I have a defective (soft) main gear?
Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure this link will make it past the moderators but it is full of info on the white powder and main gear stripping even some info on the Sceadu flutter problem.

Thanks. BTW, my Sceadu had a woof and poof type of flutter and the problem was a collective servo that hadn't been tightened down enough. Once I did, no more flutter regardless of what blades I put on.

Since I didn't get much in the way of replies, for those who are interested, I think I have found a workable answer. I have been advised to set the belt tension as follows: Tight enough so that when you take an allen key and try to push one side of the belt inward just aft of the timing pulley, it will only deflect to about the center line of the heli, and it definitely will not move so far as to touch the belt on the other side. I had mine too loose, so this probably explains my problem. I have also been told that hard inputs will obviously accelerate wear, but not to the extent I was experiencing. FYI...
