I finally figured it out (with help of course)!
I have been having ongoing issues with my OS .61FX having issues with a really slow transition. I have been experiencing this since day 1, and couldn't for the life of me figure out what the heck was wrong. I have posted a couple topics in various forums trying to resolve the issue, and although I had a lot of help from the fellow RCU members, nothing worked. Wednesday, I went up[ to my LHS (The Realm), and asked the guy working about the issue (I can't remember his name, sorry). He told me that I HAD to have something stuck in the intake of my carburetor. He told me it is fairly common for the bottles that the fuel come in to have little slivers of the bottles themselves in the fuel. He also stated that these slivers (even though not easily seen with the naked eye) often get stuck in the spray bar. He then went on to tell me to clean it with a single piece of copper wire, and that will resolve my issue. Well, I did this, and IT WORKED!! I have never had this engine transitioning as fast and smoothly as it does now! I can't wait to get the bird back in the air to see what she can do with a "running" engine. Hopefully, this little bit of info will help someone else.
