dedmonwakin, been reading your posts with interest as I'm part way through an initial conversion tiger myself and I like yours a lot. As you say, there are so many little differences compared to later versions, One I'm not sure of, can someone confirm for me that the raised armoured section on the left of the gun mantlet to protect the gunners periscope was only added after Tunisia? I'm sure I've seen photo's of Tiger 131 at Bovvy without it. Don't want to highjack your post mate but as its a question about an initial version hoped perhaps you may know?
