Thats a very small screw to remove from the engine. Its possible but I doubt you would be able to remove it, especially if you used loc tite to fasten them in.

Another option is to drill out the screw, use a very small drill bit to do the job. Then go up one size and use a tap kit to tap a new hole for a new screw.
