Default removing broken bolt on OS engine?

My son removed the head from his OS 15 engine and somehow broke off one of the 4 capheads that attach it to the barrel. Any body got an idea how we can get the broken piece out of the barrel? also, what size are these bolts? Thxs

i don't know what size the bolts are, bur you can drill them out with a dremel or so. get a drill slightly smaller than the ones you got out of the engine in one piece.
this should help you out i hope.

Default Easy outs

If you can't grab it with vise-grips, then do to Sears and buy their easy-out set. It's about 30$ for a set of three bits. Good luck!

Default Tap it

Thats a very small screw to remove from the engine. Its possible but I doubt you would be able to remove it, especially if you used loc tite to fasten them in.

Another option is to drill out the screw, use a very small drill bit to do the job. Then go up one size and use a tap kit to tap a new hole for a new screw.
