All the replacement parts we have are on our websites. If you click on the product, right under the main product picture, there's a button that says "Spare Parts". For most of our items, we have spare parts for them. We're also doing our very best to keep everything in stock, but the best we can do is pressure the manufacturers to make more. I'm sorry you went through a hard time trying to get replacement parts. What specific parts were you looking for?
