What size batteries for the new DLE55 motor? Is 6volt ok? Also, the ignition has the tachometer lead, I guess i just tie this one up?? Thanks
Do not use a 5 cell 6 volt battery, they put out more than 6 volts and will end up cooking your ignition. Use a 4.8 volt it is more than enough and any more just causes excess heat. Yes just tie up the tach lead.
