G-38 Ignition
I have a G-38 with a stock ignition module and flywheel. It always starts and is reliable but the other day it would not start so I packed up and headed for the house. When I got it on the bench I noticed that the spark plug wire was almost completely out of the module and with a little tug came completely out.[:@]
After a few choice words and a few cold ones I inserted the wire back in to the module and hooked it up to see if I had a spark, and I did.
Now, I tried to put some thick CA around the plug wire to hold it in but it's not working. Any ideas how I can fix this without putting $140.00 bucks in it and changing it over to electronic ignition and then re-balancing the whole plane?
