my first 225mg falure was in the rudder of a Spot-On 50(6v battery pack)
the next failures happened a few days from each other and both were brand new servos ...i was using a 225mg as the choke servo, and the 5245 failed as the throttle servo .... all failures occurred with in days of each other, and the receiver was regulated to to 6.1 volts
if you have the money to spend JR makes some really nice precision mini servos....or if you are on a budget and want good digitals with enough power for a 1/4 scale 3d...i recommend the hitec 5625mg
here is a quick search i did on the 5245s you will find that the 225mgs and the 5245ms are indeed problematic servos
