I didn't have time to actually mount it, but by holding it up sideways that looks a little more reasonable. I also read that I can rotate my carburator so that the needle sticks to the right direction. In my Saito instructions it doesn't document this, should the 1.20 have the capability? I think that would also put the throttle arm in a better position as well.
