You are telling CEN how to do business. They have a right to do business they way they want to and you have a right to support them or not. Going back to the restaurant analogy, some people don't like the restaurant and don't go there. Others like it and go there. The success of the restaurant depends on the balance of these two groups. If the restaurant is in business it must be supported by somebody. There is a blanket assumption in your posts that everyone doesn't like CEN and they keep buying their stuff and all people are treated badly. If you had a negative experience it may not be a general phenomena. If they are horrible and the masses spend their money there then they are just stupid. Capitalism doesn't work that way, if you are correct they will be bankrupt or are going bankrupt. You are putting words in peoples mouth and assuming they have the same experience as you. If someone says they enjoyed dealing with CEN and appreciated their support would you call them a liar because from your perspective they suck? Is there only one opinion and experience to have with this company?

Maybe they aren't doing as well as they could be because a larger percentage of people are having a bad experience with them. Its not black and white. Its not a marriage, so walk away and find a new girlfriend that does more of the things you like.
