Rene:

Wonderful to hear from you. I was one of the 20 odd Novice flyers. The thought of getting six rounds in two days for 88 pilots is daunting/distressing. Now days we struggle to get six rounds in with 45-50 pilots in District 6. It is not poor CD'ing, it is that the current classes take quite a bit of time to fly the sequence. Yes, I too am back flying . I fly Intermediate. I have been mentoring a 13 year old (just turned 13) for the past three years and he is good but more importantly he has great potential. I am trying to get ready for the Katy TX contest on May 1-2. It is a really nice field with good club members and Glen Watson runs a good event. I will be flying a Shinden that is red, white and blue.
