Thanks for address, Joe. I wrote to them, no reply yet. I fixed it. Attached picture is the washer I have been using. The paint is gone, only bare surface left. This was turning on the prop. I guess the paint, or looks more like a light powder coating, has worn off, leaving this shiny surface. It would not lock up. Put on new washer, same Tru-Turn type, tighten's right up.
I am not using a torque wrench, turn to snug tight. Lock nut after, all good. I remember Dave Brown back in the day, he would drill the prop hub, and the drive, (thrust) washer would be drilled, then a pin thru this. I guess for backfire, or whatever, not to throw a prop. I don't know how much he used that method, I did see it on one of his pattern plane engine's once.
